As per Kalolsavam Constitution & Regulations, an appeal against the published results of any program must be initiated within exactly 45 minutes of the result declaration timestamp. Once the live countdown timer reaches zero, the system automatically locks out submissions to maintain festival schedule integrity.

To avoid frivolous complaints and ensure prompt disposal by the jury tribunal, a non-refundable deposit fee of ₹200 is remitted at the Appeal Committee Desk. The committee generates a cryptographic Unique ID (UID) linked to the candidate and program.

When the Appeal Tribunal reviews the petition and marks it as approved, the contestant and parish immediately receive full transparency: the breakdown of marks by Judge 1, Judge 2, and Judge 3, average calculation, judge remarks, and high-resolution scanned digital copies of the original physical mark sheets.
